Our fees are structured for simplified and easy-to-read client billing per the statute.
Our fees consist of a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee, a reasonable flat rate Professional fee, and trial support fees.
Our Professional fees reflect a total hourly rate regardless of case type and/or number of parties involved.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $200.00.
This is non-refundable and due in full upon reservation of Professional time, whether for a trial or non-trial reservation.
PROFESSIONAL FEE: $400.00 per hour. A non-refundable 3 hr. minimum is required for each reservation of Professional time (both trial and non-trial settings).
Once a good faith estimate of the length of the trial has been determined, the parties will be billed for the estimated fees that will then be due in accordance with the “Fee Due Dates” noted below.
In the case of a waiver divorce or a minor prove up [which can be scheduled in your office], the non-refundable minimum charge for Professional time is $400.
In the event that there should be more than one waiver divorce or minor prove up scheduled for a given date, such that the Professional time requested exceeds one hour, the fee for Professional services in excess of one hour shall be reduced to $200 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof that the Professional is engaged in such prove ups.
TRIAL SUPPORT FEES*:
Courtroom Facilities: $850.00 per day, including courtroom and basic beverage service, microphone and basic A/V [if requested]
Other A/V needs can be provided at additional charge
Court Reporter Fees: $400.00 per day, not including transcription fees per page (to be billed directly by court reporter)

* Trial Support Fees are applicable to the extent requested by the parties.
